Shipping:
We usually use USPS, but if you require another shipping company, please contact us with your request.
Cancellation Policy:
Basically, we manufacture only after receiving your order.
Cancellation is not allowed for work-in-progress after production or during the production process.
Wrong item:
If we ship out the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item at our own expense or refund.
If customer receive items that are different from order, we will be able to exchange the items, except for customized orders. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
Exchanges or Refund:
We only replace items or refund if they are defective or damaged.

万が一、ご注文と異なる商品を発送した場合は、送料弊社負担にて正しい商品を発送、または返金させていただきます。
ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合、カスタマイズオーダーを除き、商品の交換は可能です。返品・交換の際の送料はお客様のご負担となります。
交換または返金
不良品、破損品の場合のみ交換または返金いたします。
